    We allow for product return or exchange within 15 days of your delivered product. All Hair Extension products must be shipped back unopened and in the original packaging. We must receive the original product before an exchange will be made. We recommend that you use an insured trackable mail service, as returns not received by us cannot be exchanged. Canyon Falls is not responsible for any lost or damaged shipments. If you are experiencing issues with Bohyme hair extensions after installation, within 60 days of your purchase, please contact us at info@thehairextensioncompany.com or call / text 480-998-0333. We will forward returned hair to Bohyme’s quality control team to determine the cause of any problem. Hair that has been colored or processed will not be accepted for return.
